Sant Jordi in the EIC

Literary competitions, workshops, sale of roses and books… These are just some of the activities that were carried out in the Escola Internacional del Camp to celebrate the Sant Jordi Literary Week. All of the Primary and Secondary students took part in the literary competition and the closing and awards ceremony was held on Friday the 24th of April. The boys and girls from P3 and P4 sang pieces related to the day of the book and the rose in the Forum and P5 depicted the Legend of Sant Jordi. Their parents also took part in the Literary Week with storytelling. Workshops to make roses were carried out in Primary, with their 5th and 6th grade classmates helping the youngsters. The older students in this cycle, from 6th grade, presented the Legend of Sant Jordi using the Puppet Pals application. And, of course, books and roses were sold, in addition to collecting books that were donated to Cáritas and El sueño de la campana Foundation in Salou.
