The EIC flies to Vienna

ESO4 students, as part of the International Programme and to round off their years in ESO, have travelled to the Austrian capital this week.

From 12th to 16th June, the EIC ESO4 students are enjoying a few days in Vienna. The programme they have designed will take them through the most famous places in the city and its surroundings, visiting the cathedral, tasting and smelling flavours and colours at the Naschmarkt, strolling together through the gardens of the Schönbrunn Palace and Belvedere. It will be a time of remembrance and reflection with the visit to the Jewish Museum and they will travel to the future with the exhibits at the Museum of Technology .

This is the chance to spend a few days of enjoyment and learning after a series of activities that the ESO4 students have set up throughout the year in order to raise money to make the trip. Raffles, contests, Christmas baskets, cakes sales, book sales ... not lacking imagination when thinking of how to earn the next Euro. These activities have shown to them the importance of teamwork, having a goal, planning a budget and preparing for the unexpected ... all part of the global education of our students and expanding their life skills.

The Viennese experience will be without doubt unforgettable for all, teachers Miss de la Torre and Mr Añor and the ESO4 students… Gute Reise!
